-What service do you use to ship your items?
Answer: We ship all our orders using the United States Postal Service(USPS). Free Shipping is typically USPS Ground Advantage mail for most items. Heavier Items or larger orders will ship using USPS Priority Mail.
-I paid extra for shipping, why hasn't it shipped yet?
Answer: We handle ALL our orders in the order in which they are received. Paying for upgraded shipping will only speed up the shipping time, NOT the time it takes us to create your personalized item.
International Orders:
-Will my Product arrive in time for Christmas?
Answer: Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the country the items are shipping to. With that being said during peak holiday seasons shipping times can take longer than expected.
-Will I have to pay Taxes,Duties,Customs, or Import Taxes?
Answer: Yes, if the ordered item meets certain pricing thresholds you may be responsible for charges instated by your delivering country. You are responsible for any charges incurred to complete the delivery.
* Blue Fox Gifts will not be responsible for any returned shipping charges. If an item is returned to sender the item price may be refunded if the product(s) arrive un-damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Personalized items that cannot be resold will not be refunded.
