You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Blue Fox Gifts reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Blue Fox Gifts believes in the quality of every product we sell, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless they are damaged or flawed. If we have made an error in the personalization we will be happy to exchange it free of charge.
Because of the process used to make our items, even if you order an item with no personalized text on it, the item is still custom made for you and is considered "personalized" and cannot be returned.
Certain circumstances are beyond Blue Fox Gifts´ control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer in the creation process, errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer. Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Blue Fox Gifts does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
Blue Fox Gifts will pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error. When it’s not because of our error, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee and less a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for contacting Blue Fox Gifts regarding all returns. Any unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.
Please return all items by the same way it was shipped to you.
For merchandise that was received damage please retain all packaging and damaged items. Please email photos of the damaged product to sales@bluefoxgifts.com. Items shipped Via Priority mail will have a claim filed through USPS and may need to be dropped off at the customers local post office. Please contact us with any questions regarding our return policy.
At this time, Blue Fox Gifts ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Blue Fox Gifts ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to many other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. When shipped through USPS and Priority Mail is utilized the package does contain insurance against damage and loss.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
